How long does the QFit Ring battery last?

A fully charged ring may last up to six days. Battery life and longevity can vary depending on the age of your ring and how often you use certain features. All rechargeable batteries are consumables and have a limited lifespan, so their capacity and performance will gradually decline over time.

Which devices and operating systems is the App compatible with?

The App is supported on iOS devices running Apple iOS 8 and higher, or Android devices running Android 5.1 and higher with Google Play services. Your device must support Bluetooth 5.0.

Can I wear my QFit Ring only at night?

Yes. However, you may miss out on data that impacts other features or scores, such as your Activity Score or Stress. We recommend that customers wear their rings 24/7 for optimal accuracy and personalisation.

Can I wear my QFit Ring while working out?

Yes, you can wear your Ring throughout all your workouts and movement routines. However, we don't recommend wearing your Ring while lifting heavy weights, as it may get scratched.

Is the QFit Ring waterproof?

The QFit Ring is IP68 rated, meaning that are water resistant in fresh water to a maximum depth of 1.5 metres for up to 30 minutes, and are protected from dust.

How should I store the ring when I'm not wearing it?

If you plan on taking a break from wearing your QFit Ring, then we recommend storing the ring securely in it's charging case. Pleas ensure that it is stored on a flat surface and away from any direct light sources to avoid generating false data.

Shipping & Returns

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service team with your order number and tracking information. We will assist you in locating your package.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update the address. However, once an order is shipped, we cannot make any changes.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your item. Items must be in their original, saleable condition and packaging and returned to us within 14 days of you notifying us of the intent to return.

How do I initiate a return?

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. For defective or incorrect items, please contact our customer service team for a prepaid return shipping label.
